For other regions, you may be asked for some extra postage fee based on the region where you are.

2. When would parcel be dispatched?
In usual cases, your orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after orders go through successfully on our website. However we need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. If you’re billing address and shipping address is not match, you will get an email from us for the confirmation. Hope you could respond us about it ASAP if it happened. Be reminded that the address you provide must be correct and full enough for parcel to arrive to you smoothly. All our parcels need a signature when you receive it. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after receiving parcel.

3. After parcel dispatched
If something unexpected happened in the way, such as force majeure, the failure of shipping agent, we will contact you by email ASAP. So please leave us a right and frequently used email address. And be assured that you have added our email address to your email list. Normally, we will send you a tracking code and tracking link in 2 working days since we get your order. And then you can track your parcel on the tracking website as instructed.
4. Could not find option of your state.
We are able to ship to most places where parcel force could reach. If your region is not included on our website, please contact us for more details.
